Maintenance at height for manufacturing plants

Steelwork, ductwork, stacks, tanks and factory roofs: we work during planned shutdowns or in isolated zones, under the client’s permits to work.

What we see in the sector

Halls with overhead cranes, cable trays and ductwork at high level, external tanks and stacks, and pipe bridges between buildings.

Maintenance already has a plan; we take on the tasks your in-house resources cannot reach and fit them into scheduled shutdowns.

How we fit in

  • We work under the plant’s permits to work and isolation procedures
  • Tasks are fitted into planned shutdowns
  • We coordinate with other contractors on site
  • Handover includes a report for the maintenance history

Typical jobs

  • Work on the hall structure

Fixings, supports, clearing build-up from beams.

  • External stacks and tanks

    Visual inspection and corrosion protection.

  • High-level lighting and equipment

Installation and replacement where a MEWP cannot get in.

  • Roof and rooflights

    Sealing and local repairs.
