What data we process

The data you enter in the request for quotation: company, contact name, job title, phone, email, site location and job description, plus any files attached (drawings, photos).

The site uses no tracking cookies. We record clicks on the phone, WhatsApp and quote buttons anonymously (page and type of action only), with no IP address or identifiers.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to answer your request and prepare a quote, that is, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use the data for marketing and we do not sell it.

How long we keep data

Requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for no more than 24 months. Contract and invoice data is kept for the period required by accounting law.

Who else has access

The technical providers that host the site and deliver email, only as far as needed for the service to work.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise any of them, email contact@alpinutil.com. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
